Injury status of Lebron for the Trail Blazers vs. Lakers game

For Wednesday’s game between the Portland Trail Blazers and Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James is listed as having an injury.

Lebron James is labelled as probable on the injury report for the game, meaning that he will most likely start.

Lebron missed five consecutive games, but he has since made a comeback and started the last three.

The four-time NBA Champion averages 25.4 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 6.2 assists each game this season.

With a 7-12 record through their first 19 games of the season, the Lakers have had a challenging start.

They have a record of 5-5 over their previous ten games and are presently the 13th seed in the Western Conference.

They suffered a 116-115 home defeat to the Indiana Pacers on Monday night (they blew a 17-point lead in the fourth quarter).

Although they won the NBA Championship in 2020, they haven’t made the playoffs in two of James’ four seasons with the team, and he is currently in his fifth season with them.

There is no assurance they will qualify for the 2023 NBA Playoffs given the way they have performed this season.

The Trail Blazers’ game on Wednesday will be the second of a back-to-back as they are playing the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night.

They now hold the sixth seed in the west after going 11-9 through their first 20 games.

They have a strong road record, going 7-5 in their last 12 games played away from Oregon.
